01 / Coaching

A conversation shaped
around you.

You don’t need to arrive with a plan. A question, a challenge or a decision is a place to begin.

Leadership

Explore how you want to lead, what new responsibilities bring up for you, and the choices available in the situations you face.

Career direction

Make space to consider a career decision, a possible change, or what you want more of in your working life.

Working life

Reflect on your priorities, the expectations around you, and how you want work to fit into the rest of your life.

02 / About me

Hello, I’m Sarah.

Associate Coach Diploma, Optimus Coach Academy · MBA

Letter6 co-founder

I’m a leadership and career coach and a co-founder of Letter6 Coaching Collective. I hold the Associate Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and I’m working towards the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

My coaching offers space to explore your working life, consider the challenges you’re facing and think about the direction you want to take. You bring your experience, questions and priorities; together, we can look at them from different perspectives.

Whether you’re stepping into new responsibilities, weighing a career decision or exploring how you want to lead, the conversation starts with what matters to you. The next steps are yours to choose.

03 / My approach

Time to reflect.
Room to move forward.

Our conversations follow what is useful to you. There is space both to look more closely at a question and to consider what you want to do next.

Reflect

Explore what is happening, what matters to you and what you would like to understand more clearly.

Explore

Consider different perspectives, your options and the assumptions that may be shaping your choices.

Choose

Decide what feels right for your circumstances and identify a next step you want to take.

There is no single route through a career or a leadership challenge. We work with the question you bring.

04 / A first conversation

Let’s see if we’re
a good fit.

A 30-minute introductory conversation is a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions and explore whether coaching together feels right for you.

If another coach in the Letter6 collective seems better suited to your needs, I can help you connect with them, with your agreement. You choose who you work with.

Send me a message and we’ll find a time for our introductory conversation that suits you.

Do I need a clear goal before we speak?

No. You can bring a question, a decision or something you would like to explore. Our introduction is a chance to talk about what might be useful to you.

What happens after the introduction?

We can discuss how we might work together, including session arrangements and fees, before you decide whether to continue.

What is Letter6 Coaching Collective?

I’m one of its co-founders, alongside Nikki Jongbloed. We run independent coaching practices and share a belief in thoughtful conversation, reflection and learning. The collective offers different approaches and help finding a coach who fits your needs. Meet the collective.
